This was a hard one.. The last time I did anything that resembled dancing I wound up trying to explain to the nurse what 10 drunk twenty-somethings were doing at Childrens Hospital at 3am. (Hint, it involved a glass shard in my leg and 7 stitches.) The band was Merry Go Drown and the song was a cheesy metal cover of Back That Ass Up by Juvenile.

I couldn’t find that but they also covered Break Stuff by Limp Bizkit so that’s what you get. :)
