The Going Away Party Picture Post

Thanks to all of you so much for coming out. Even if you didn’t make it to the party Friday night, you should know that you are all the reason I’ve hemmed, hawed and fretted over moving since the flood. It’s been a really difficult decision but I’m looking forward to getting away for an undermined period of time.
Now, some highlights: There’s more at my Flickr Page

Those are really nice photos. Who took them?

I hope you find a little peace and happiness in D. C., Vincent. And I hope you come back someday. :) But I totally understand your reason for leaving.

As I look at these pictures it seem odd that tomorrow you will no longer be in New Orleans. Of course i trust you will keep us posted via the website the upcoming events of your life in that style that only you can write. You made us laugh, cry, and sometimes even disagree (you know what Im talking about). But even though the backdrop will be changing from here to DC. We still look forward to hearing about your life . Cause after all you are still New orleans favorite GEEK.

have a safe trip up there!
    Don’t be a stranger.

  4. Julie Says:

Aww, I wish we had taken one together, Vino!
(I’m starting to get a complex about why people never seem to photograph me.. wahhh.)

Is you there? Is you alive?

Sorry I couldn’t make the going away shindig… childcare issues. Pallie and I haven’t been to DC in a while, so I’d imaging we’ll probably be there next summer.
