It’s statements like this that drive me up the wall. How on earth will allowing same sex unions going to effect children or straight couples in the least? ANd don’t give me that “It cheapens the sanctimony of marraige” bullsh*t. This isn’t about religion, this is about respect of the state and stopping second class citizenship. Straights are not more equal than gays.
Wow. What a load of crock obi. So since gays fit your definition of “abnormal” we should continue to be considered second class citizens under a country that was founded on the principles that we are all created equal?
I decided to be different? Quite simply… no I didn’t. My earliest memory of being “attracted” to another man is when I about 10. Now, I know it probably wasn’t sexual, but I definately remember thinking men were better to look at than women. :)

You are clearly ignorant of the subject so I wont go too deep into it, since I don’t think it would do much good. It’s the same argument I see on bumperstickers.. “Your mama was pro-life.” Completely illogical.
First off, my reply is aimed at Vincent. dont try to come up with some sort of excuse as to why Gay freedom should be restricted because it is overall a blatantly invalid argument. Nobody said you should not be gay, If you wanna be gay, then go ahead and be gay, but dont go outta your way and try to disrupt the normal lifestyle of “normal” people by fighting for marriage laws and the likes of em. Yes indeed ya heard me right, homosexuality is abnormal and moreso fighting for laws to legalize homosexual marriages is adverse stupidity too malignant to be imagined. Why is homosexuality abnormal, because if your parents had been gay your gay ass wont be here arguing about homosexual marriages. So please do us a favor and keep it to yourself. Nobody cares if you are gay, but please leave the world to live its normal lifestyle rather than impose yours on it. You decided to be different while being fully aware of the consequences so dont force the law to accept your differences in the name of liberty. Liberty is for those who accept and not those who challenge it.
